A turkey is either one of two species of large birds native to North America. Turkeys have a distinctive fleshy wattle that hangs from the beak, called a snood. With wingspans of 1.5–1.8 meters , the turkeys are by far the largest birds in the open forests in which they live, and are rarely mistaken for any other species. The usual lifespan for a turkey is 10 years."For each day is a Kaleidoscope of changing colors, so there's a rainbow in every memory."--dmb--
